How quickly can I get started?
After your onboarding call, most clients are set up and submitting tasks within 48 hours. We move fast because we know your time is valuable.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No — all memberships start with a 30-day pilot with no long-term commitment. After the pilot, a 3-month minimum applies if you choose to continue.
What if I'm not in Lafayette or Denver?
We offer virtual assistant services to clients anywhere in the US. Many of our services are fully remote and work beautifully from a distance.
How do I know which membership is right for me?
That's exactly what the free 30-minute call is for. We'll talk through your workload, lifestyle, and goals — and recommend the tier that makes the most sense.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. Discretion is a core value at The Modern Concierge. Everything shared with us stays between you and your assistant — always.
Can I upgrade or change my membership?
Yes — you can upgrade your membership tier at any time. Just reach out to Kaylan or your assistant directly and we'll make the change at your next billing cycle.
